The Real Estate General Authority, in cooperation with Asharqia Chamber, organized a workshop to discuss the regulation of the activities of real estate companies in the Kingdom and to review the current organization and the need to develop it in line with the requirements and needs of the current stage.
The workshop was held in the presence of a number of real estate professionals and industry professionals from brokers, developers and representatives of the region's financial institutions.
The workshop was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, the Chairman and members of the Real Estate Development Committee.
The workshop was presented by the Governor of The Real Estate General Authority, Issam Al Mubarak.
The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber Al-Khalidi said that this workshop aims to discuss and diagnose the challenges facing the real estate sector through the recognition of their rights and obligations of companies and offices of real estate conditions and controls for the practice of real estate brokerage and other real estate services that can be provided from these offices and companies.
He pointed out that the workshop was an appropriate opportunity to learn about the role of the Real Estate General Authority and its role in activating its supervisory functions in the real estate sector, with the aim of developing it through raising its efficiency, encouraging investment in the sector and preserving the rights of its customers.
